Which browser should I use to view your site?

We highly recommend that you browse with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. If you are experiencing any difficulties try processing your order through Firefox.

 

How do I proceed through the check-out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Proceed to Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check-out process.

 

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, you can enter any discount codes that you have in the “Discount Code” section. Once you enter your discount code, simply click on “Apply”. Your shopping cart “Item Price” will be updated. If your discount code does not change your item cost, the discount code could have expired or your items did not qualify. If you have any troubles throughout the check-out process please visit our Support Page.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card including American Express.

 

How safe is my personal information?

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! All of our products can be shipped anywhere in the United States, as well as, Canada. Please be aware additional shipping costs may be occur for International Shipping.

 

What are you shipping Costs?

Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your items. All order that are $250 or greater qualify for FREE shipping. Shipping discounts will run throughout the year based on current promotions. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for all our current promotions!

 

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

You can return any items that you purchase from the Utica Comets Store within 30 days of your purchase. Please visit our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.

 

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order up to 12 hours from placing your order online. To cancel an order please fill out a request form on our Customer Support Page with “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

All items that have been packaged for shipment will not be able to be cancelled. Please allow for 3 business days for your credit card to be credited upon cancelling an order.
